Artist's Description

Hadlock Falls has a 40-foot drop before proceeding under the Waterfall bridge. The waterfall bridge is one of 16 carriage road bridges in Acadia National Park. They were built by John D. Rockefeller, Jr. between 1913 and 1940. This one was my first-day goal upon our arrival at Acadia. The day was misting rain all afternoon which to me is about as perfect weather as you can get to photograph a waterfall.
