This image was created by merging my own Macro photography with a public domain image of a difuse nebula from the Hubble telescope. My image was looking inward towards water droplets suspended in a spider web after a rain shower. They were reflecting the light and both the water drops and the spider web was shimmering like stars and planets. So when you look at this image you are really exploring inner space and outer space. The nebula is in Carina and is call a diffuse nebula. Wikipedia defines a Diffuse nebula as meaning that they are extended and contain no well-defined boundaries.[17] In visible light these nebulae may be divided into emission and reflection nebulae. Emission nebulae emit spectral line radiation from ionized gas (mostly ionized hydrogen);[18] they are often called HII regions (the term "HII" is used in professional astronomy to refer to ionized hydrogen).
